Mince and tatties recipe from my Mom

Grandma Jeans recipe. It starts with a pound of lean ground beef and one good sized onion chopped and browned with the meat. Drain off fat if you wish. Cover the meat with water (just a little more than barely cover it). Add a bouillon cube, 4 to 6 small onions ( whole), and two carrots, sliced. Simmer for one half hour. The potatoes were cooked separately ( peeled and cut into chunks). Put potatoes in a bowl and serve mince over it. Yum.

Lunchtime walk

Nice day for a walk on Butler road, which runs between where I work and the university that I attended. It's also across the road from where I worked for 14 years.
